The Fringe 2026 Roster Reveal

It’s the official Brass Tacks Comedy Edinburgh Fringe 2026 Roster. And what a beauty it is!!!

I am so excited to get to waffle about each and every one of these shows. But first, about the Fringe in general.

Brass Tacks Comedy was somewhat born out of the Edinburgh Fringe. It’s where I realised there were actual jobs in the comedy industry. Where I first met comedian pals and agents and industry folks. And where I went from working on Fringe bars throughout uni to bar supervision then to venue management then booking mixed bills and then producing.

In 2024, Brass Tacks become more than ‘just’ an Instagram page when we kicked off producing Amy Annette and Grace Mulvey’s debuts. I produced those two shows on top of a full time job and there was really no going back from there. Brass Tacks Comedy existed and I adored it.

Last year in 2025 we produced six shows. A huge jump from the 2 in 2024, but now Brass Tacks was full time for Fringe. I got to hire a full street team and techs and PRs and got so wildly lucky with the six shows.

It was a proper ‘how did I manage this’ moment to realise that I never had to bullshit, one single time, to anyone, about how good these shows were. I worked with six incredibly talented comics on six wonderful shows. All so different from each other and all genuinely brilliant.

And it wasn’t just me who thought so. Across all 6 shows we sold 75% of tickets, two funded Scottish debuts, two sold out runs, four extra shows added, two long-listed Best Newcomer shows at the ISH Awards and one winner, a Bestie award for emerging talent, one show on Rolling Stones top 12 stand-out shows, one on the 50 best reviewed shows of the Fringe.

So, the pressure felt higher this year, in case that was a fluke.

For Fringe 2026 we’ve expanded juuuuust a little to 8 shows, and will be hiring an assistant producer (keep your eyes peeled on that). And may I say, in terms of a banging top quality roster of a bunch of super different unique comedy shows, I reckon I’ve nailed it.

Please allow me to waffle about them…

Amy Annette: Say What You Like About Me (Pleasance 10 Dome 17:30)

Now in Amy’s third year of solo shows at the Fringe, this is shaping up to be her best yet. A show about being hot (or not). It’s been a pleasure to work with Amy on two sold out Fringe runs so far with Thick Skin and Busy Body. Last year her sold out show was named one of the top 50 best reviewed shows at the Fringe. You’ll need to book early on this one.

Ayo Adenekan: Homeland Insecurities (Monkey Barrel Cab Vol 2 13:30)

Ayo is back following is entirely sold out award winning debut, having been the first ever comedian supported by globally renowned Red Bull. The BBC New Comedy finalist, writer on SNL UK, joint winner of the ISH Edinburgh Awards Best Newcomer. Ayo is dripping with accolades but more importantly, this second hour is going to be fantastic. Book early.

Chris Forbes: Father Christmas (Monkey Barrel 2 13:30)

Critically acclaimed Scottish comic Chris Forbes brings Christmas to the Fringe this summer. I am so over the moon to be working with Chris for the first time. An absolutely staple of the Scottish comedy circuit. And this show is fantastic. If you love Christmas, OR if you hate Christmas, this show is for you.

Eva Peroni: Jungled (Gilded Balloon Nook 16:40)

This years recipient of the Red Bull UK Funded Fringe, Eva Peroni simply must be on your list this year. I’m incredibly excited to be working with Eva for the first time. Eva is a fantastic comic and this show is all about her two years living in Costa Rica, and how she left Livingston a wee bam and came back a bald lesbian without shoes.

Grace Mulvey: Gigantica (Assembly Box 15:00)

The incredible Grace Mulvey is back for her third year on the trot and I am over the moon to continue to work on her shows. Gigantica is shaping up brilliantly. All about how Grace has a massive head. But so does her dad. And the pros and cons of looking like (and ultimately turning in to) the people who raised you. An incredible Irish comic that you just need to see.

Jack Ansett: Looks Like A Bit Of Me (Assembly Studio 4 16:00)

The fantastic Jack Ansett who you may know from Task Master New Zealand is debuting at the Edinburgh Fringe this year and I am over the moon to be working with him. Any Task Master fans, whether you’ve seen the NZ series or not, will adore Jack and this show.

Kate Hammer: Government Approved Comedian (Monkey Barrel Studio 17:00)

Kate is the recipient of a Funded Fringe in partnership with Blackfriars Comedy Club this year. A fantastic comic who I have adored for years. Kate’s show is all about proving herself (but to the government) and how she became a government approved comedian. An incredibly interesting and silly story told by an incredibly funny act.

Tamsyn Kelly: Rat’s Ass (Monkey Barrel Cab Vol 2 16:20)

And finally, (alphabetically), Tamsyn Kelly returns. Tamsyn is, in my opinion, the queen of show names. So following on from Crying in TK Maxx and Hot Titty Bungalow, Tamsyn returns with Rat’s Ass. A show about making money and class systems and how she is making that money and…. you might not like it… but you will love this show.
